Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

EMPLOYEES OF troubled car transport specialist Richard Lawson Autologistics are due to find out who has bought the company within two weeks.

Price waterhouse Coopers (PWC) partner Bruce Cartwright confirms that a shortlist has been drawn up listing people who have expressed a "serious interest" in the firm. "It wouldn't be right to talk about individuals," Cartwright adds. "We have a serious level of interest with a small number of people — credible players. There are no guarantees but it's positive; the next two weeks will be fairly critical. We will enter and re-enter discussions with customers.

Cart wright says PWC contacted the firm's major customers after it went into administration last month and sought agreement to continue all contracts, with the exception of Toyota's in Derby.

There were 17 redundancies though two employees were transferred under TUPE regs. He refutes claims that the company is about to lose further contracts.

But one worker, who wishes to remain anonymous, claims staff morale is very low: "We are being treated like mushrooms, We are on the Nissan contract and are being kept firmly in the dark. We are all devastated after grafting our hearts out. It seems like the little people get squashed and the big people cleanup."
