Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A El MILLION branch of Roa-dline UK has won a major commendation for working conditions and environmental considerations from the Royal Society of Arts.

The award, made by the Business and Industrial Panel for the Environment, whose chairman is British Rail chief Peter Parker, was made at a presentation in London.

National Freight Corporation chairman Sir Daniel Pettit accepted the award on behalf of Roadline, whose winning Northampton depot opened last year.

Designed by David Penning, the new branch replaced three old ones at Wellingborough, Rothwell and Northampton. It was built close to the MI motorway and the new main road system in the area.

The new branch gained praise from local councillors for taking traffic out of the centre of Northampton. Part of the architect's brief was to provide high standards of facilities for the staff.

A statement from the NFC which accompanied the entry for the awards said that part of the design for the depot was to have it screened from view.

The buildings have been camouflaged by coloured cladding, and the whole depot has been landscaped with trees and grassed mounds.
