ri la in's Sieve Parrish came top of the field at Brands Hatch over the Easter weekend in the first round of the European Truck Racing
Championship. Parrish's Mercedes nosed ahead of Richard Walker's nifty Zil in two contests held in seriously wet conditions. Parrish's Mercedes-Benz team-mate Slim Borgudd came third in both races. Parrish has earned 60 points, putting him 11 points ahead of Walker.
