IN RESPONSE TO Les Kelly's letter on his experience with operators and the SAFED Aggregates scheme (CM 31 August)— put it in writing in the post and I will look at whatever it is you are providing. I may then call you if I wish to do so. If you ring along with countless other cold callers wasting my time you will get a rude answer and I don't normally swear!

If I haven't asked for it I don't want it! I am waiting for customers to ring and they can't get through with the likes of you and the rest constantly ringing. You have no idea how annoying this is after the umpteenth time.

Strange, but all these 'save money' offers cost me money in the long run.We are all trying to make savings where we can. Can you do anything about fuel prices?
