T am writing with reference 1 to an article that appeared in Commercial Motor dated 7-13 September under the heading "Prison sentence was not revealed".
I would like to point out that although a merger was being sought in 1994, it actually never came about. Our company pulled out of the merger within days and all the appropriate authorities were informed of this I would like to state clearly that there is no connection between our company and Lunns Transport or D&D Haulage.
