Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The other German axle constructor, SAF Holland, has reinvented the wheel. With the introduction of disc brakes 10 years ago, we saw the arrival of a new wheel with no offset to accommodate the brake (previously there was a 120mm offset for drum brakes). This year SAF introduced a wheel with an offset of 60mm that should be able to accommodate both disc and drum brakes.

SAF Holland is also a pioneer in disc brake systems for trailers. It introduced the new SBS 2220 disc brake, which saves weight compared to brake systems used at present. Mounted on a 22.5-inch wheel, the new brake saves 6kg per wheel, which re sults in 36kg for the entire tri-axle set-up. SAF Holland also claims lower operational and maintenance costs.
