Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

EVAN COOK LTD. has introduced a new rapid freight service to and from the Continent, putting any part of Europe within seven days' delivery time of London—coming in or going out.

On the Continent a new company called BOC Holland NV has been formed specifically to link up with Evan Cook's European activities. BOC Holland is a formation of F. Bleckmann and N.V. Gelders Overslag, both companies having large, well-equipped warehouses and a versatile transport fleet.

This new service is for both large-scale exporters and companies who transmit smaller consignments. All export documentation, Customs clearance, insurance and other details—as well as packing—can be taken over by Evan Cook. Whole or part loads of unlimited weight from as low as 5 cwt. are grouped together and transported in bulk. Thus exporters of small loads are able to gain advantages and cost savings previously available only to much larger exporters.

The establishement of Customs-approved warehouses also reduces formalities. This means rapid service and importers may take delivery of goods within 24 hours of their leaving Arnhem. A reciprocal arrangement ensures the same speed of delivery for imported goods leaving London.

Evan Cook Ltd. will collect goods from exporters' own premises or alternatively they can be delivered direct to strategically placed depots in London, Liverpool, Birmingham and Belfast.
