Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

R A. DYSON AND CO. LTD., has reached

an "agreement of friendly co-operation" with the Italian trailer manufacturer, Officine Viberti, Torina. S.p.A., and its associated company, Officine Adige, of Verona.

Although there is no financial link-up and each company will retain its complete independence, there will he an interchange of know-how, and regular meetings between executives. Reciprocal manufacture under licence and marketing arrangements are envisaged, as well as the eventual provision of service facilities.

The Dyson Trailsteer tri-axle semi-trailer shown at the Commercial Motor Show is fitted with an Adige self-tracking axle, for which Dyson has the British rights.
