Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

13] ot many British

drivers remember the days when hauling a load on German autobahns could lead to a sniper's bullet. But the days when Brits pitched their pluck against the might of the German war machine could be back again. Well, in Schleswig-Holstein at least.

There, a German sniper has shot two truck drivers— one in the shoulder and one in the, er... buttocks.

The sniper, is threatening to start shooting to kill unless he is paid Lim. He has also wounded two car drivers, one in the neck and one in the thigh.

The gunman claims to communicate with his gang by mobile telephone. He has already failed to show up at a pre-arranged cash handover. He says if any of his colleagues are arrested, the others will begin a mass killing.

Police are taking the threat seriously.
