Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

HEATED suspension seats for commercial vehicles are now being made by Bostrorn Division, UOP, Northampton for the Saab-Scania de luxe cab.

The heat element is thermostatically controlled between 15 and 27° Centigrade. A plastic covered continuous wire element and protective backing foil is encased between two layers of expanded thermo-plastic material welded together to form a self-contained mat.

The element will be incorporated into the seat trim during manufacture and will initially be available for Viking 300/301 series seats. Aversion can also besupplied for 12V systems — seats supplied to Saab-Scania are 24Volt dc input with a nominal power rating of 4-8 Watts.
