Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A MERCEDES-BENZ 0302 with Plaxton Panorama bodywork has been put into service by Executive Diner Coach Ltd, 72 Grafton Way, London W1P 5LE, for catering to private parties on the move. Cost of hiring is according to quality of meal ordered, but an average requirement would work out at £10 a head return to Manchester.

The parent company is P. S. Doran & Son Ltd, a familyowned concern which runs the catering facilities at football grounds, including Arsenal, West Ham and Leyton.

At a press demonstration ride from London along M4, during which a pleasant cold meal was served of smoked salmon, hors d'oeuvre, salad, and sweet, Executive Diner Coach representatives said that already the service was receiving an enthusiastic reception. The new company had chosen a Merc coach —• the only one on offer with air suspension — and was still learning; costing this sort of service in a coach worth around £25,000 and choosing the material to give the best non-slip table covering were cases in point.

It is envisaged that the service will prove attractive to parties of executives visiting a factory, or sporting events. A party can travel door-to-door. and save time by being wined and dined — hot or cold— en route at up to motorway speed limits.

Twenty-eight passengers are carried in normal circumstances, but this number can be increased to 34 if required. • Seats can be removed to create more bar space; or a massage table can be installed if a soccer team is being carried. Equipment includes individual table

lamps, eight-track stereo and television. The bar and catering facilities were built by Horwood Catering Equipment Ltd of Stratford.
