Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A LUTON body of 1,800-cu.-ft. capacity has

been built by Barking Garage and Engineering Co., Ltd., Barking, Essex, on a Thames Trader 5-ton chassis. It is for Springcot, Ltd., Dagenham, Essex. The standard cab has been used and the wheelbase extended to 212 in. The internal length of loading space is 23 ft. 2 in., and the overall width, 7 ft. 51 in.

The sides of the vehicle contain a metal tensionstrap system, adding to the support of the rear well and Luton head. A tailboard 3 ft. 6 in. deep is supported on long chains to form a loading ramp with an even surface. A full-width roller shutter is fitted above the tailboard.

Ash is employed for all framing members. Str ess points are reinforced with steel brackets and plates. There are no wheelboxes, allowing a clear floor.
