Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Lakeland's Innovator remains the only British-built large petroleum tanker on the market, and the version displayed at the FPS and CV Shows was just one of six ADR trailers ordered by Suttons for its contract with Harvest Energy.

To overcome an access problem, its length is reduced by a metre but so too is its payload,to 37,6(X) litres. Despite the acute shortage of trailer axles, Lakeland is currently building around seven tankers a month, plus other bespoke designs such as LPG and heavy oil carriers, and has orders that will take it through to the Autumn.

Lakeland's owner Newell & Wright recently added Leedsbased Vallelv-l'ankers, makers of quality aluminium and stainless steel vacuum tankers, to its tanker-building group. Together with RoadTankers Northern, the trio represent a formidable engineering troika.
