EDDIE HARPER, long-standing member and chairman of the RHA's Livestock Hauliers Group, has been made an MBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours for services to livestock transport.
Harper from Brunton. Somerset, started driving livestock vehicles in 1964 and still does so. He also regularly travels to Europe to share his expertise in a consultancy capacity.
