Weightlifter has 25 years experience of building aluminium and high-tensile steel bulk tippers including the swaged 'half-barrel' aggregate trailer. Built on Dennison chassis, they're all tilttested to the IRTE category A standard.
New offerings seen at Tip-Ex included its first moving floor trailer; now in the Stuart Adamson fleet. It's a low height 83m3 waste carrier with a straightframe chassis, smooth sided alu' body and Hyva discharge system. Body capacities go up to 92m3.
Weightlifter also showed a stocky little 23m" tipper, built over Dennison's tri-axled sliding bogie chassis. Weighing 6.5 tonnes, it promises the owner Neil Price of Barrow-in-Furness greater manoeuvrability and accessibility over an eight legger, and up to 9.0t more payload too.
