Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SATELLITE NAVIGATION system manufacturer Snooper is urging -fleet drivers to update their navigation equipment daily to minimise time stuck in traffic jams.

A study by the manufacturer revealed that the average fleet driver loses 7.5 working days a year sitting in traffic jams.

Steven Ballard, director at Snooper, says: "Time is money for businesses that employ fleets. What was interesting when we conducted this study was the number of companies that do not recognise just how much time is wasted when employees are stuck in traffic.

"Fleet teams need to update their navigation equipment daily so they can avoid roads where there is likely to be heavy traffic due to temporary road works or closures."

III There is currently no truckspecific satellite navigation system on the market. Many stories of trucks being stuck under tunnels or in small villages have arisen from truckers relying solely on sat-nav.
