Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

HAZCHFJA DATA SYSTEM • Hazchem Signs of Edgware, Middlesex (01-9528248) has launched a fully-integrated computer hardware/ software package for the production of "Information in Writing" as required for dangerous substances during conveyance by road.

The system is designed to be used by personnel with no previous experience of computers, and is probably the most cost-effective and efficient means of complying with vehicle operators and consignors obligations under the current Road Tanker regulations and the soon-to-be-published Conveyance by Road in Packages Regulations.

The full range of a company's products which are dangerous for conveyance, can be filed on disc and, by using a standard pre-printed Hazard Data Sheet, can be recalled and printed as required. Details of specific products can be amended by use of the edit facility. It is then a simple matter to exchange discs between consignor and operator so that the product emergency information is up-to-date at all times.

Printed Hazard Data Sheets can be disposed of after offloading, which will avoid confusion caused by carrying cards for different dangerous substances in the vehicle cab.
