NORTHERN IRELANC goods vehicles operators wil not now have to get shor term Operators licences be fore entering Great Britain.
Minister of Transport Nor man Fowler has announced tha the new regulations will appl} from July 1, and that compar able regulations will be made foi GB operators entering Northerr Ireland.
Own-account operators frorr Northern Ireland must carry 2 document showing details ol their load and route while in Great Britain.
