Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WHEN a new version of the Renault 15-cwt. van was exclusively described and illustrated in The Commercial Motor of May 31, it was also revealed that this was the first of a range of new bodies which Coachwork Conversions Ltd. of Berkhamsted was to offer in conjunction with Renault Ltd., using as a basis the Estafette cab/platform now being imported into Britain. On Monday, details of these " standard specials' were released and three of the new models—the original van, a 12-passenger p.s.v., and a drop-side low-loader pick-up truck—were shown to the Press.

There are seven basic models in the new Coachwork Conversions range, all produced in conjunction with Renault Ltd., and therefore covered by the maker's warranty, and they are additional to the standard Estafette van, highroof van and pick-up (which continue) and to the " non-p.s.v." passenger versions which the Berkhamsted concern has already been producing. Although the new models form a standard range, each allows _for bodywork variations to meet specific requirements and each, for example, can be produced with an internal height up to 7 ft. 2 in.

The seven new Estafette-based models are a boxvan (described on May 31); a high-roof, straight-sided van; a pantechnicon; a mobile shop/ice cream vendor; a milk-float; a drop-side pick-up truck; and a 12-passenger p.s.v. All have loading heights of less than 18 in., except the milk-float in flush-floor form, which has a load floor 2 ft. 8 in. from the ground. The enclosed bodies are of integral construction, built from light alloy sections and sheets; the open bodies have a tubular superstructure.

All models have the front-mounted 1,108 c.c. five-bearitig Renault engine which produces 45 b.h.p. at 4,500 r.p.m. and drives the front wheels. All wheels are independently sprung.

Brief details and the prices of the new models are given below. The p.s.v., which is now receiving Ministry certification, takes full advantage of the Estafette's low floor, in that the vehicle is able to meet p.s.v, headroom specification within the dimensions of the standard van body on which it is based, although a High Roof version is available.
