A NEW ambulance based on the NEW

.LIZ semi-forward-control chassis has been announced by Martin. Walter Ltd. The standard specification includes a stretcher located on the nearside and a combined seat and couch with accommodation for four sitting cases on the offside.

An attendant's seat is fitted at the cab end of the couch and in the bulkhead between the driver's compartment and the body there is a sliding door. Sliding doors are provided for entry to the cab and the double-hinged doors at the rear can be folded to the body sides and fixed in this position by stays.
