GOODS vehicle maintenance will be
discussed at an open meeting of the West Midland Maintenance Advisory Committee at the Grand Hotel, Hanley. Staffs, on Tuesday, June 25, at 7.30 p.m. All goods vehicle operators and maintenance staff are invited to attend.
The chief constable of Stoke will be in the chair bir the meeting, at which Mr. R. W. Bent, area mechanical engineer, Ministry of Transport, will speak on: " Vehicle Fitness. and the Law" and Mr. R. F. Groves, service director, Joseph Lucas (Sales and Service) Ltd., will tall( on: "Maintenance and Service." There will also be a showing of two films, one from B.M.C. and one from Lucas.
