Bin to 5f-t 10in, aged about 35, medium build, clean shaven with dark brown hair cut straight across the forehead, a rounded face and dark eyebrows. He spoke with a southern Irish accent and was wearing a blue boiler suit which he discarded, white trainers and was carryng a set of vehic e trade pkItes.
