Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE KENNING Motor Group plc has acquired eight Tyre and Exhaust Centres, formerly TEC Ltd, in Balham, Bethnal Green, Penge, Merton, Chichester, Gosport, Hastings and Hove. They commenced trading as Kenning Tyre and Exhaust Services from the beginning of July.

Kenning now has over 90 tyre service depots and of which over 40 provide an exhuast fitting service. Currently, the previously-owned TEC depots are also operating a shock absorber replacement service; this is to be further developed among the other Kenning Tyre Service depots. Kenning has a countrywide network ofdepots, from Plymouth in the South-West to Fort William in the North-West of Scotland, and from Aberdeen to Canterbury.

Each depot offers a comprehensive tyre service. Kenning also has an on-site service for farmers. They operate a 24-hour emergency roadside breakdown service for commercial vehicle operators seven days a week.
