'THE unanimous confidence of the board of Dennis Bros. Ltd. in the viability and future prospects of the company was expressed in a statement by the chairman, Mr. A. R. Stewart, at the weekend.
Giving details of the financial position of the company, Mr. Stewart's statement was made following a suggestion by some shareholders that the company should be liquidated.
Resisting the proposal, the chairman asked shareholders for their proxy before the a.g.m. this week.
