Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WITH ITS 2008 order book now almost full, MAN is switching its efforts to aftersales in a bid to shrug off once and for all the perception it has a weak aftermarket offering.

-Five years ago I couldn't have told you we had one of the best networks in the industry, but I can now," says Des Evans, CEO of MAN Truck & Bus UK. -We've made massive leaps forward and are now absolutely committed to earning ourselves the reputation of the best service provider in the UK industry" The MAN UpTime Principle (UTP)a company-wide 'working culture' to keep customers' trucks on the road and running profitably is the initiative behind the improvement and has reaped significant rewards. For instance the MoT test first-time pass rate has increased from 66% to 87% through the MAN network, says Evans. -The industry average is 67%," he adds.

Mobile24, the firm's breakdown service, has also been revamped. MAN now claims a 92% success rate in deploying a mobile unit within 15 minutes, arriving at the scene within 59 minutes and getting the vehicle on the road in three hours.
