Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Mercedes-Benz was the first in the field with thi: level of electronic sophistication. With a design life of a million kilometres and extendec service intervals maintenance costs are expected to be modest. Even at 44 tonnes the least powerful V8 engine appears to have more power and torque than most operators require. Where maximum performance is used sparingly fuel consumption can be more than acceptable. The tall Megaspace cab adds weight to the already heavy chassis, offsetting the claimed weight advantages of th engine. But its flat floor adds an extra dimensioi to living space, which is appreciated by drivers spending a night or a week away from home. As we said on the cover of this week's issue, we've no idea why more operators don't buy the Actros. judging by the comments of big V8 Megaspace buyers it's one of the best-kept secrets in the market. A Mercedes repositions Actros in light of the Axor, flagship tractor buyers would do well to consider the threepointed star again.
