Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

E ARE really disgusted with ir new Bedford YMT coach lich is causing us a great deal worry and anxiety.

It cost £42,000, and is daily Isting us more.

It is heavy on fuel — nine iles to the gallon, It uses oil at ree pints for 450 miles. The top reed is 64mph flat out. It loses )wer on gradients and omits Duds of smoke on starting up. The vehicle has done l,000km since August 1, It iould be our front-line achine, but it has seldom been service. For 34 years we have en operating Bedfords, but ter this we are definitely not _lying another. Two previous iaches with a YMT green enne rotary pump can run rings iund this one.

Hire charges to cover our orkload while this vehicle is off ie road are now well over 1,000. The coach has had its iurth injection pump fitted but still no better.

We are not alone in this, we low of others with the same oubles and we want to save ther operators this aggravaon.

Finally, the "after-sales-serice" is just a sad joke.

I. W. KIRKHAM Pswaldtwistle, Lancashire
