Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CUMMINS have introduced a fuel calibration-scheme to en. sure that such work done by its distributors and dealers is car. ried out to factory standards.

The fuel pump and injector test stands will be inspected annually by Leslie Hartridge Lta under contract for Cummins.

Additionally. Cummins fiela service representatives will check special fuel system tooling and the technicians' training qualifications.

Certificates will be issued, valid for one year, and during 1981 the scheme will be extended tc include Cummins using original equipment manufacturers.

Once the scheme is fully operational, it will be mandatory for all Cummins-approved fuel. injection shops to be covered by a current inspection certificate.

Previously the distributors and dealers operated their own schemes for test and inspection, but Cummins now claims tha1 the new system will streamline all those individual schemes to one standard.
