Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

VOR the second stage of its trolleybus . replacement programme, Newcastle City Transport has introduced 40 new Leyland Atlanteans, 20 with Alexander bodies, and 20 with M.C.W. group bodies. The latter are notable in being fitted with wrap-round windscreens and front topdeck windows to match the appearance of the Alexander bodies. The top-deck windows of an otherwise standard Mark 1"-type M.C.W. rear-engined bus body have also been deepened, the result being a very handsome vehicle as can be seen from the photograph above.
