Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

From our Political Correspondent

TRANSPORT has been chosen as the I first item for discussion by the Tory Party's Central Council—an important part of the party hierarchy—at their annual meeting in London in a fortnight. Soon after the Prime Minister has opened the conference on Thursday, March 5, representatives from Tory parties throughout the country will get down to discussing a motion that is basically critical of the Government:— " That this council is painfully aware that present town planning shows a complete tack of appreciation of the scale of development of transport, both public and private, and requests that the Government implement the findings of c6

the Buchanan Report with all speed."

The association which has tabled this motion, Eton and Slough, also submitted another motion which has not been accepted for debate, though doubtless its arguments will be put forward. This motion urged the Government to adopt a more flexible approach to the problems of rural and urban transport "by relaxing some of the regulations for purely loan transport, public and private, and by encouraging experimental forms of transport ".

Market Site Soon I T was hoped to reach a decision on the location of the new Covent Garden Market by the end of next month, said the Minister of Aviculture, this week.
