White Collar Charter: August 1 has been named as the day when most of the requirements of the Offices, Shops and Railway Premises Act, 1963, come into force. This will affect standards for the safety, health and welfare of over Sm. employees. The appropriate order, St. 1964, No 191(C3), is obtainable from H.M. Weights Decision? Prospects of E.E.C. agreement. on vehicle weights and dimensions when the Council of Ministers debate transport on March 17, seem brighter. W. Germany and France now seem prepared to modify their rigid adherence to E.C.M.T. Convention figures and the Benelux countries have recently said they are willing to make changes in their own new regulations.
