Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Smart Nay from Traffic Master is linked to a 24-hour control centre which can be contacted with a touch of the screen on the monitor.

Once the destination has been given to the operator at the other end, a route is sent to the vehicle incorporating up-to-the-minute traffic information from some 7,500 sensors across the country. In theory it will take you round any congestion, while keeping an eye on any new delays as your journey progresses.

I was surprised by how direct the guidance was, taking the Citroen down roads I didn't know existed.

Admittedly it did go blank for a minute after a wrong turn was made, and I wasn't impressed when I had to call back after the route failed to send from Traffic Masters HQ. But if I needed a sat-nay system and congestion was a daily occurrence on my travels I'd be hard pushed to find anything as efficient.
