Scania fans nostalgic for the old days could do worse than talk 1 Scania dealership Reliable Vehicles. It's disposing of some LB111tra tor units sourced from haulier WH Malcolm, and is attracting a lot interest from enthusiasts eager to restore them to their past glor "We've got 15 or 16 of them, and we're selling them for abo £1,500 each," says salesman Bobby Walton. "I believe the oldest or dates back to 1978, and we've already got rid of quite a few.
"I think Malcolm had been using them as shunters in recent year At some point they were refurbished and given new cabs.
"They're mostly in good condition, although I don't say you'd wa to go out and do a day's work in one."
