Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

sioners last week granted a joint application by Stockland Garage Ltd. and G. H. Austin and Sons Ltd., for an additional picking up point and a feeder service in connection with Continental excursions and tours operated by the two.

Stockland sought a picking-up point at Srnethwick on tours starting from Erdington, whilst Austin asked for a feeder service from Wolverhampton for its tours starting from Cannock. Both applica tions were opposed by Worthington Motor Tours Ltd., whose Continental tours pick up, inter alia, at Wolverhampton and Birmingham, and along the line of route between the two.

In his decision, Mr. John Else, the chairman, invited Austin to remove certain conditions from its road service licence in respect of restrictions as to cost per day of tours, in view of evidence from Worthington that it had now entered the field of cheaper Continental tours.
