CURTHER to the paragraph pub lished in last week's issue, it is learned that Oxford City Council has declined to accede to the watch committee's request that the Traffic Commissioners should be asked to hold an inquiry to ascertain whether City of Oxford Motor Services, Ltd„ had infringed the Road Traffic Act.
