This handsome Silver Challenge Cup, ii hick has been presented to the (hi tin Motor Users A.ssociation by the

proprietors of THE CommlinciAL Mo'ron, will again be awarded to the owners of the successful team of six commercialmotor vehicles or tractors entered for the "Mani " section of the Parade, subject to the conditions set out hereunder, in ation to the Cup, the owner will receive a suitable Certifiente in relation thereto, and Lite driver of each machine in the wnitting team will be given a medal as a souvenir of the event, The present holders are the Son Flour 111ills Co.. Ltd., llrianicy-by-Bow, E., with a " team" of foden WRgons.

CONDITIONS FOR 1912.

" team " of six vehicles or six tractors, or of six machines of mixed types and load capacities, is eligible.

II.—Entries must be addressed to the Secretary, Commercial Motor Users Association, 89, Pall Mall, S.W., on or before the 15th April, 1912.

ITT. • Entrants, who shall be the bona-fide owners of the machines entered by them, shall state in their letters of entry :

(a) The make, horse-power, type of body, date of delivery, normal load capacity, and approximate total mileage for each machine in the " team " from date of purchase to the 31st March, 1912.

(b) The names and addresses of the six drivers who will parade ; (e) Their willingness to abide by these conditions, and to accept as final the award of the Judges.

No special entry form is required.

IV.—Any vehicle or tractor which is admitted in the individual seetions of the Parade can also be entered as part of a "team."

V.-There will be. no examination of the drivers, exeopl, in the cases of men who are also entered for the " Drivers' Special" and " Drivers' " Prizes.

VI.—No entry from a motor manufacturer will be accepted, except in respect of vehicles which have been upon contract or hiring work for bona-fide con tracts.

VII. -The cup will be awarded lo the entrant whose " team." in the opinion of the Judges Committee, is in the best condition having regard to the elass of work upon which the units are employed, the ages of the machines, and the total distances run by them. The judging will be based on the result of the Inspecting rngineer's report, with a. percentage of marks for. method of presentation and general appearance of the " team " on parade. it will subsequently be delivered to the holder for the year, on the due completion by him of undertakings for its safe custody, its Insurance against loss by burglary or fire to a value of R30, and its return to the Association in May, 1913.
