Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Qbehalf of Drivers V./Action Movement, I would like to comment on the conference 'Reducing Commercial Vehicle Accidents' held at Huddersfield on 8 July. I found the conference reassuring and positive in its approach towards reducing accidents and was pleased that so many attended. However, I did notice there were a few big operators missing.

We at DAM still believe that there is a great need for a represented industry group "Think-Tank" where ideas can be put forward and discussed. We will continue to press forward with this idea because we believe it could reduce road accidents and improve the commercial image of drivers and hauliers.
