• Maintenance problems and convictions led to the revocation of the licence for two vehicles and one trailer held by John Evans, trading as Evans Bros & Co, of Llanelli, at a Cardiff disciplinary inquiry. Following the hearing Evans was arrested by police because he had failed to attend Dover magistrates Court in July.
