Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

0 NE: OF the most enterprising of provincial omnibus companies is the Trent Motor . Traction Co., Ltd.; who maintain a comprehensive network of regular passenger-carrying services from such centres as Derby, Nottingham and Loughborough.

The company have always set themselves out to cater for the public's requirements, and our readers may recall that. some months ago the company opened a bus station at Derby for the express purpose of assisting in the regulation of the various services operating from this centre and of providing road travellers with certain conveniences, such as waiting-rooms, parcels offices and similar facilities.

Following the progressive policy which has been adopted by the company, it may interest. many of our readers to know that the Trent Motor Traction Co. have Fecently purchased the four buses owned by Messrs. Clayton, of Nottingham, and which were originally run by them to Burton Joyce from Nottingham. This service is now being run entirely by the Trent Co., and the vehicles which were formerly employed on the service are being reconditioned and overhauled by their purchasers. For the purpose of giving some indica' tion of the extent of the Trent Motor Traction Co.'s bus activities, we reproduce on the previous page a diagram of the area which ietraversed by the company's vehicles running on regular service. It will be seen that many important centres are linked together, whilst travelling facilities are also provided for many rural areas.
