• A public inquiry today (20 September) will look at disciplinary action against Clifford Hindle, which is based in Ulverston. The TC will also look at the transport manager’s repute at the business.
• Disciplinary action against Wigton-based Denise Brown, trading as D Brown, will be discussed at a PI today (20 September). The repute of the transport manager will also be looked at.
• On 21 September, a hearing will consider disciplinary action against Roy Braidwood and Sons Transport, which is based in Manchester. The TC will also look at the transport manager’s repute.
• The TC will discuss disciplinary action against Zenith Logistics Services (UK) based in Chepstow on 21 September, as well as the repute of the transport manager.
• Demolition Network, based in Salford, will attend a PI on 24 September, at which disciplinary action will be looked at.
• Liverpool-based CF Travers, trading as Travers Transport, will attend a PI on 25 September, at which disciplinary action will be looked at. The repute of the transport manager will also be on the agenda.
