Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CHESHIRE-BASED demolition, recycling and waste disposal specialist Nick Brookes has taken delivery of a 13-litre Volvo FM 8x4 hook-loader drawbar rig. Its triaxle close-coupled trailer has a Boughton hookloader and Kwikcova system.

The company runs a mixed fleet of 25 vehicles, including eight Volvos. Transport manager Gary Edwards explains that it likes to use a variety of dealers and decided to give Scania dealer West Pennine Trucks "a bit of competition".

The FM was supplied by Thomas Hardie Commercials; it is plated at 32 tonnes and features a manual gearbox, day cab and Fleet trim.

Edwards adds, 'Volvo has been extremely competitive on price. Having reliable, local back-up and support in the form of Thomas Hardie Commercials has been a major factor in our recent purchases," This is the third Volvo to join the Nick Brookes fleet recently; it already had an FL and an FE240, both skip-loaders. The company plans to maintain its mixed-fleet philosophy, however, and two new Scan as are scheduled to arrive in October.
