MR. EDWIN KING has been appointed assistant company secretary of Black and Decker, Ltd., Harmondsworth. This follows his return from Australia, last month, where for six months. he was financial adviser for the setting up of Black and Decker (Australasia) Pty.. Ltd. He joined the company in 1954 as an accountant.
