MR. J. W. K1NCHIN, who has been a director and chief engineer of Girling, Ltd., for the past eight years, takes tip his new appointment as a director of Vandervell Products, Ltd.. at the beginning of next month.

MR. Tom WALLER, assistant Nottingham district manager for the Dunlop Rubber Co., Ltd., since 1947 becomes district manager, following the death of MR. R. E. A. GOODE. ME, Wailer has been with the company for 45 years.
MR. N. V. HEsrov, Southampton, has been awarded the Motor Trader Scholarship of £150 a year by the Institute of the Motor Industry. The scholarship is tenable for four years at Loughborough College of Technology.
ALHAJI MUHAMMADU NOWA WADA, Nigerian Federal Minister of Works and Survey, arrived in Britain on Monday to study road development programmes and road research organization. He has visited several factories and the Road Research 1.aboratory.
MR. GEORGE GRADY has been appointed general sales manager of H. E. Nunn and Co., Ltd., Manchester's main Ford dealers. He began his career in the workshops of a Birmingham company, and later became overseas representative for an accessories manufacturer, before moving into sales managership.
MR. EDWIN KING has been appointed assistant company secretary of Black and Decker, Ltd., Harmondsworth. This follows his return from Australia, last month, where for six months. he was financial adviser for the setting up of Black and Decker (Australasia) Pty.. Ltd. He joined the company in 1954 as an accountant.
