Do you offer specific driver handover/familiarisation courses certified as a JAUPT-recognised/ accredited course for Driver CPC training? Yes. The cost varies depending on numbers, but typically the charge for one person is £300, plus expenses.
How long does the CPC course take and how does it differ from a ‘standard’ handover? Seven hours. It includes more intensive, productspecific training, comprising a four-hour practical and three-hour theory (environmental use, engine/ transmission use and safe and efficient driving). Can operators buy a CPC-registered familiarisation package on existing (i.e. not brand new) trucks?
