Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A TRUCK DRIVER has been jailed for six years after being caught with £322,000 worth of cannabis resin in his trailer.

Anthony James, of Eyres Monsell, Leicestershire, had denied smuggling 150kg of cannabis into the courary, but a jury at Canterbury Crown Court found him guilty of the charge. The court was told that James' trailer was stopped at the UK Channel Tunnel control zone in France on 28 January this year. The drugs were found hidden among six pallets he had driven back from Spain.

James told Customs the pallets belonged to a company in Cambridge and that he was fill ing in for another driver called Terry Smith.

Customs officers found that no such company existed in Cambridge and Terry Smith had not been due to drive that week.

Judge Anthony Webb told James: "Without people like you. those involved in this trade would not get drugs through."
