are refusing to give up an alleged overpayment said to be worth £30 to £40 a week, claiming it was negotiated in good faith.
Kevin Clark is the GMB union organiser who represents more than 200 drivers at the company's Banbury depot.
"What we balloted on was what the company presented to us. It was the members firm belief, as it was mine, that what was on the table was what the company had offered," he said. He added that while talks are continuing there was no question of the union-selling our members down the pan".
The company says it can no longer afford the money which covers a 51-hour week, when drivers at the depot are working considerably less (CM 6 October).
The dispute relates to an agreement about the Working Time Directive.
