A Brief Survey of the Models Which Commercial Vehicle Makers Will Offer in the Forthcoming Year, Many of -Which are to be Shown at Olympia.
TN THE pages which follow we have endeavoured, so _Lfar as possible, to survey the whole field of commercial-motor manufacture for 1926, but we are precluded from dealing completely with every manufacturer's intentions, firstly,. because certain information has yet to reach us, and, secondly, because final decisions, in some cases, have not yet been made. Other makers' plans are omitted from this summary because we have aready referred to their programmes at some length in earlier issues, whilst in the ease of others fuller par ticulars are to be found. in otter pages of this issue. Apart from the resume' of manufacturing programmes, we have chosen to deal briefly, in some cases, with the actual examples which will be shown at Olympia, and our survey, therefore, serves the dual purpose of providing our readers with knowledge, in a compact form, of new models, and of giving a forecast of the representative exhibits which will be staged at Olympia. The value of the information is .enhanced.by the publication of prices wherever possible.
