• The staff and vehicles of Fifebased malt distribution company KSK Freight are to be transferred to TDG McPherson, which bought KSK last week.
TDG McPherson, the Transport Development Group's Scottish transport operation, will increase its CV fleet by 20 vehicles to 190 following the acquisition. "All staff currently working at KSK Freight will become employees of TDG McPherson," says the company.
