road 1k–, accident casualties, the Swiss road haulage association (TAG) is recommending its members to supply their drivers with special medical cards. Issued by the Swiss Medical Commission for First Aid and Rescue in Zurich, the cards give vital details of -the holder—such as his blood group, previous injections and treatment, particular allergies, and so on.
In the event of a road accident to a driver carrying such a card, hospital staff are provided with information essential for the prompt and correct treatment of casualties.
