Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

fl RAFT orders in connection with the I-, planning of the new Medway motor road were published on Monday. They provide for the re-alignment and regrad-ing of 105 side roads, the construction of 82 new lengths of highway, and provision of new means for access to private properties.

Other orders deal with the . sections of road on each side of theproposed Medway bridge, which is due to be started

early next year, and the main line of the motor road which is scheduled to be started early in 1961.

From midnight tonight. Townham Bridge. Gloucester, on the A40 London E ishguard trunk road, will be closed to all vehicles over 2 tons in weight. Light vehicles will be able to use the bridge in single line until the bridge, under reconstruction, is reopened on November 23.

Surface-laying operations will reduce traffic to single line from November 24-30. On December 1. the full width of the road will be available for loads up to 24 tons, and after December 14 the route will be reopened for Toads of up to 100 tons gross.
