I—I sell their smalls and parcels delivery vehicles, as reported on page 432, British Road Services on Monday Objected to an application by Mr. J. C. Shepherd, of Knowle, Bristol, to run an express parcels service. British Railways also objected and the Western Licensing Authority said that he failed to see how a small delivery service such as the applicant proposed would greatly affect the objectors.
